We deliver across the UK, Europe and The Rest of the World. We are not able to deliver some of our products outside of the UK & Ireland due to the product size or nature of the product if this is the case we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can I collect my order from Paws To Your Door?

You are welcome to collect from us(and save your postage costs) simply call us on                UK + 44 (0) 1403 791963 to arrange a convenient collection time.

 Do I have to pay import charges?

Paws To Your Door have no control over import charges by customs. Any charges are borne by you. You will need to check with your local customs office for further details.

If you live outside the EC we are required to put a customs certificate on your parcel which will detail the parcels contents.

When returning any items you may claim monies back, please again check with your local customs office and do keep all proof of posting.

How soon can I have my order?

Paws To Your Door aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of placing your order subject to payment clearance.

Which courier company do Paws To Your Door use?

Smaller UK parcels are shipped using Royal Mail First Class postal service (usually 1-2 working days), larger UK items are shipped using either Fastway couriers on a 2-3 working day service or Royal Mail standard parcel service (usually 2-5 working days) depending on location.

Smaller parcels (under 2kg) to Europe and The Rest of the World are shipped using Royal Mail air mail service. We are unable to ship larger items (over 2kg) outside of the UK with the exception of shipping to Eire when a 2-5 working day service provided by Fastway couriers is used.

Under the Uk’s distance selling regulations you have the the right to cancel your order from Paw To Your Door for a full refund.
